With more than 20 years of experience in qualitative research, Brigitte has developed a broad repertoire – from classic methods such as focus groups, in-depth interviews and ethnography to newer, digital opportunities.
Above all, she has learned one thing over the years: Qualitative research is both art and science at the same time. A good qualitative researcher uses both reason and intuition to arrive at a complete understanding.
Brigitte has lived in the Pacific Northwest of the USA for 20 years. She has a Masters in Experimental Psychology and was a research associate at the University of Washington, Seattle, before moving into the field of market research.

Daniel Stocker

Daniel is our point of contact for consulting, conception and implementation of innovation projects in various industries with a focus on needs-driven product and service developments.
He originally studied Design Management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, specialising in product and industrial design and design thinking and has proven himself to be a competent insights consultant in the areas of business development, marketing and design. He is also an expert in implementing design thinking (process and methodology) in strategic consultancy projects.

Lisa Rabner-Catran

Behavioral Insights
During her Bachelors in Psychology and her Master in Behavioural Economics, Lisa developed a fascination for human behaviour. How do we humans act, how do we make decisions and why do we do what we do?
Her many years of experience in marketing research and consulting not only allow Lisa to ask the right questions about human behaviour, but also provide her with the tools to answer these questions.

Bill Bachmann

Bill is our specialist for studies in which we combine qualitative and quantitative methods. He has already successfully implemented a number of qual-quant projects, especially in the areas of consumer goods, finance, insurance, communication and media.
He has an M.Sc. in Business Administration with focus on Marketing from the University of Bern and Basel and worked as a sales coordinator in sports marketing at an international agency before joining LINK.

Celina Schäuble

Qualitative Research
Celina supports the project managers in designing qualitative market research studies, coordinates appointments and looks after the set-up interview, focus groups and online methods. She also supports the team when working in the field and assists with evaluation and reporting. She has experience in conducting shop-alongs, eye-tracking studies and online communities.

Bill ist unser Spezialist für Studien, bei denen wir qualitative und quantitative Methoden kombinieren. Vor allem in den Bereichen Konsumgüter, Finanzen, Versicherungen, Kommunikation & Medien hat er schon etliche Qual-Quant Projekte erfolgreich umgesetzt.
Er hat einen M.Sc. in Business Administration mit Fachrichtung Marketing an der Universität Bern und Basel und hat vor der LINK als Sales Koordinator im Sportmarketing bei einer internationalen Agentur gearbeitet.

Selen Gjukaj

Selen hat vor der LINK als Brand und Content Managerin gearbeitet und danach Angewandte Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt auf Wirtschaftspsychologie an der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz studiert. Während des Studiums hat sie ihre Leidenschaft für qualitative Forschung entdeckt.
Aufgewachsen ist sie zwischen verschiedenen Kulturen. Diese Erfahrungen helfen ihr dabei, neue Perspektiven einzunehmen und vertieftes Verständnis für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen zu entwickeln.
