Pulse Survey and Community: Implementing Agile Checks in the workforce

Pulse surveys – in contrast to large-scale, systematic and generally speaking extensive employee surveys of the entire workforce – are short ad-hoc surveys on a specific, current topic. They allow internal feedback to be obtained quickly and efficiently and are usually implemented by means of an online survey of some of the employees. In addition, employee communities open up new possibilities – employees no longer give their feedback at a specific time, but rather over a longer period of time, e.g. during the implementation of a strategy or within the framework of a change process. This can be done quantitatively or qualitatively, according to need. Your feedback can then be used as the basis for an iterative optimisation and a further development process.
